There's been much comment recently regarding producers being threatened with having their NSFW content removed from Gumroad. It’s something to take seriously given I reach more than half my customers via that platform. The issue seems to lie more with payment providers, including PayPal and Stripe, telling Gumroad that they won't allow sales of sexually explicit adult content. At this point we meet the usual dilemma of defining what "sexually explicit" actually means in practice. I would argue that the majority of my output belongs in the catfight, female wrestling and female boxing fetish genres. There’s no doubt however that the story action can involve encounters with sexual overtones, sometimes implied, other times pretty explicit. Now, Gumroad hasn't contacted me about this to date, so the question is what to do about it. I could do nothing and hope it goes away. I could amend the description of each comic that could garner interest from the NSFW police and hope to stay under
